Neighbors Pizza in Holly Hill, FL is looking for full-time and part-time line cooks to join our strong team. We are located on 1112 Derbyshire Rd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Responsible for fulfilling orders for Mr. Beast Burgers, Tyga Bites and NASCAR Refuel menus along with our Neighbors Pizza menu.
Responsibilities
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and prepped products
Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation. Knife skills needed.
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Timing of products is key.
Clean up station and take care of leftover food. Safe Staff or Serve Safe certification is needed.
Stock inventory
Make pizzas, if you have never tossed a pie it is okay it can be taught. Willingness to learn is necessary.
Qualifications
2 years minimum Cooking experience or Back of the House experience required
Able to work evenings as we open daily at 4pm
Able to meet all scheduling commitments
Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
Ability for follow menu specs and recipes with attention to detail.
Able to handle a fast paced environment with short order cook skills
